Common questions

My alarm didn’t ring

• On Home, make sure the alarm card says Alarms armed. If it says Alarms are off, tap Turn alarms on.
• In iOS Settings › ShiftSnap, make sure Alarms is allowed.
• If Home says some alarms couldn’t be set, tap the banner to try again.
• Use Test alarm in Settings to confirm an alarm rings on your phone.

How do I get my schedule in?

• Scan it: tap + Add schedule and scan or pick a photo. It’s read on your iPhone.
• Use AI: tap Import from your AI, copy the prompt into your AI chat with a photo of your schedule, then paste the answer back.
• By hand: type your shifts in, or bulk-add days in the month calendar.

Does ShiftSnap collect my data?

No. There are no accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. To also remove the iCloud backup, turn off iCloud for ShiftSnap in iOS Settings.
